Short-Term Rental Cleaning

Experience hassle-free turnovers and impress your guests every time!

  • Thorough dusting throughout entire space
  • Sanitize high-touch areas (light-switch plates, doorknobs, etc.)
  • Bathroom cleaning - countertops, sinks, backsplash, mirrors, toilets, showers/tubs, cabinets and drawers
  • Kitchen cleaning - countertops, sinks, backsplash, inside and outside of appliances, cabinets and drawers
  • Laundry area - exterior/showing sides of washer and dryer 
  • Light tidying - organize countertops, straighten furniture, refresh bed(s) with clean linens
  • Wash/dry/put away linens; restock paper and soap products* 
  • Floors vacuumed/swept and mopped 
  • Trash removed
  • Inventory check: Notifying host of missing or low inventory (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)
  • Maintenance reporting: Notifying host of any damage or maintenance issues

Additional fees may apply for the following:

1. Power, heating, air conditioning, or running water is unavailable at the time of service.
2. Cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled service.
3. The presence of 5 or more live bugs or insects, at the discretion of the cleaner.
4.  Excessive amount of soap scum buildup, excessive hard water stains, excessive pet dander, paint drip or overspray, built up burned on foods, adhesive, tough lime/calcium scale deposits, floor scraping.
5. The cleaner is delayed or unable to perform the service due to items such as clothing, toys, or other belongings obstructing the cleaning areas, or access to the home is restricted for reasons beyond their control.

6. Excessive debris and/or garbage inside of the property.

7. If there are an excess of 30 Cabinets or 15 Drawers.

*Customer supplied paper and soap products unless otherwise arranged.

Additional fees will require customer approval before services are provided. Please note, the customer is responsible for moving heavy appliances or furniture. Cleaners may move smaller items, depending on the floor surface, but will not move items over 25 lbs. or fragile objects such as glassware, televisions, etc. Moving heavy appliances on certain floor types (e.g., soft linoleum, hardwood) may result in damage, and is done at the cleaner's discretion.
