Additional Fees May Be Applied for the Following:
1. Power, heat, air conditioner, or running water are not available at the time of scheduled service.
2. Cancellation fee/trip charge if service is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours before the time of the scheduled cleaning service.
3. There are LIVE bugs (10 or more) and/or insects in the home at the time of the scheduled cleaning service, up to the cleaner's discretion.
4. If additional labor, time, and/or chemicals are required to remove excessive dirt, grime, stains, pet dander, paint, dust, burned on food, scrape adhesive, etc. from any surface.
5. Your cleaner(s) is not able to begin or perform service & must standby as a result of items such as clothing, toys, makeup, &/or other items that are covering any areas to be cleaned having to be picked up before the cleaning service can begin, or they are not able to enter the home due to reasons outside of their control.
6. Must be paid upon completion of service. Late fees will be applied monthly beginning thirty(30) days after the due date.
*Includes disposal of up to two bags of household trash.
*We cannot guarantee 100% removal of stains, spots, residue, etc.
*Includes inside of window glass and outside window glass that are located on attached balconies/decks/porches only.
Additional fees must be approved by the customer before that particular service can be provided as part of the cleaning service.
PLEASE NOTE: The customer is responsible for moving any heavy appliances or furniture. Our cleaners may move some appliances/furniture depending on the floor surface underneath. However, we do not move anything over 25 lbs., or breakables such as glass/china, tvs, etc.When heavy appliances are located on certain floor types such as soft linoleum, hardwood, etc. It is a liability to move, or attempt to move appliances/furniture, it has been known to result in damage to the floor and/or appliance.
