1. Power, heating, air conditioning, or running water is unavailable at the time of service.
2. Cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled service.
3. The presence of 10 or more live bugs or insects, at the discretion of the cleaner.
4. Additional labor, time, or specialized products are required to remove excessive dirt, grime, stains, pet dander, paint, dust, burnt food, adhesive, etc.
5. The cleaner is delayed or unable to perform the service due to items such as clothing, toys, or other belongings obstructing the cleaning areas, or access to the home is restricted for reasons beyond their control.
* Includes disposal of up to two bags of household trash.
*Includes inside of window glass and outside window glass that are located on attached balconies/decks/porches.
Additional fees will require customer approval before services are provided. Please note, the customer is responsible for moving heavy appliances or furniture. Cleaners may move smaller items, depending on the floor surface, but will not move items over 25 lbs. or fragile objects such as glassware, televisions, etc. Moving heavy appliances on certain floor types (e.g., soft linoleum, hardwood) may result in damage, and is done at the cleaner's discretion.
