Additional Fees May Apply for the Following:
1. Power, water, heating, or AC is unavailable at the time of service.
2. Cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 48 hours of the appointment.
3. The presence of 5 or more live bugs/insects (at cleaner's discretion).
4. Excessive buildup: soap scum, hard water stains, pet hair, paint drip or overspray, burned on foods, adhesive, lime/calcium deposits, floor scraping.
5. Cleaning is delayed due to clutter or limited access to areas needing service.
6. Excessive debris or garbage inside the home.
7. A bathroom that has both a walk-in shower and a separate standalone tub.
8. Large closets or pantries (over 5 ft x 5 ft).
