Furnished Home Cleaning Package

Our affordable base package covers all the essentials for a clean, refreshed home. From there, you can choose customizable add-ons to fit your exact needs - so you only pay for what matters most. 

  • General:
    • Top-to-bottom dusting in all rooms  
    • Clean and sanitize light switch plates
    • Light tidying - straighten furniture and basic organization of surfaces while cleaning
    • Beds made + sheets changed (upon request)
    • Vacuum/sweep and mop all floors
    • Empty all garbage into outdoor bin


  • Bathroom cleaning:
    • Clean exterior of cabinets and drawers
    • Mirrors cleaned
    • Wipe exposed items on countertop
    • Clean and disinfect toilets, showers, shower doors, and tubs
    • Clean and disinfect countertops, sinks, and shine faucets 


  • Kitchen cleaning:
    • Clean exterior of cabinets and drawers
    • Clean and shine exterior of kitchen appliances
    • Clean and disinfect stovetop
    • Wipe exposed items on countertop
    • Clean and disinfect countertops, sink, stovetop, and vent hood



Add-ons:

  • Inside of Kitchen Appliance(s) 
  • Clean, disinfect, and organize inside of refrigerator
  • Detail clean baseboards
  • Detail clean all doors, frames, and window casings
  • Hand-wash blinds
  • Laundry (must have washer/dryer in unit) 
  • Dishwashing
  • Organization – Straighten and declutter small spaces such as cabinets, closets, or pantries.

Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings - ideal for: busy professionals, households with children or pets, individuals who don't create much mess but appreciate a regular thorough cleaning, or those who simply enjoy the comfort of a consistently clean home. Price reductions apply for each frequency.

Additional Fees May Apply for the Following:

Additional Fees May Apply If:

1. Power, water, heating, or air conditioning is unavailable at the time of service.

2. Cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 48 hours of the appointment.

3. The presence of 5 or more live bugs/insects (at the cleaner's discretion). 

4. Excessive buildup: soap scum, hard water stains, pet hair, dust, paint drips or overspray, burned-on food, adhesive, lime/calcium deposits, or floor scraping.

5. Cleaning is delayed due to conditions outside of the cleaner's control, such as excessive clutter or restricted access to areas that need service.

6. Excessive debris or garbage inside the home (includes disposal of up to two bags of household trash).

7. A bathroom that has both a walk-in shower and a separate standalone tub.

8. Large closets or pantries (over 5ft. x 5ft.).

9. Includes dusting of blinds using dry microfiber cloth or duster tools. Wet cleaning is available upon request. 


 Please Note:

- No surprise charges, any additional fees will be discussed and approved by you first.

- Payment is due upon completion of service.

- While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee 100% removal of stains, spots, residue, etc.

-Our cleaners may move light, non-fragile items if needed. Customers are responsible for moving items over 25 lbs. or breakable items (such as TVs, glassware, etc.). For safety and to avoid potential floor damage, we do not move large furniture or heavy appliances.
