1. Scheduling & Cancellations
- Appointments are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Rescheduling or cancellations require 48 hours’ notice. Less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a reschedule/cancellation fee.

2. Payments & Late Fees
- Payment is due on the day of service, unless otherwise specified.
- Accepted payment methods:
- Check
- Credit/Debit Card (3% processing fee applies)
- Zelle (no fee)
- If payment is not received within 14 days of the cleaning date, a $5 per day late fee will apply beginning on the 15th day until the full balance is paid.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee
- Your happiness matters to us! If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We offer complimentary touch-ups when possible to make sure everything meets our standard of clean.

4. Liability & Limitations
- Clean Space is licensed, bonded, and insured.
- We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or fragile items.
- Improperly installed fixtures.
- Damage caused by Customer-provided products or equipment.
- For safety reasons, we cannot handle biohazards, mold remediation, hoarding, or move heavy furniture/appliances.
- Clean Space reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or hazardous.

5. Pets
- Pets are welcome during service.
- For everyone’s safety, pets must be friendly or secured in a safe way (such as a kennel, separate room, or other arrangement).
- Clean Space is not liable for pet escapes, injuries, or accidents unless due to negligence.
