Yes. Clean Space is fully licensed and insured, and all cleaners are properly vetted.
No. Our cleaning technicians arrive fully equipped with their own cleaning supplies and tools. If you have a specific product you would like to be used, please let us know.
No. Since we work on a 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule, most of our clients aren’t home when we arrive. As long as we're provided with access (such as a hidden key, lockbox, garage code, etc.), we're able to complete the service. We simply ask that you’re available by phone if you’re not able to be present. A final walk-through is completed at the end of the cleaning, if you are available.
We love pets, and they’re always welcome as long as they’re friendly! If your pet shows signs of aggression, please let us know ahead of time and make proper arrangements (such as using a kennel, closed room, or having a pet sitter during your cleaning).
If there’s anything specific we should know about your pet (for example: “dog is nervous around the vacuum” or “cat stays in the bedroom”), just let us know! We’ll make sure your cleaner is fully informed and your pets stay comfortable.
We know how important consistency and trust are. We do our very best to schedule the same cleaner for each visit so you can get to know and feel comfortable with the person in your home.

Basic tidying is included during cleaning. Additional organizing, dishwashing, or laundry services are available upon request.
Yes. We offer reduced pricing for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly services. Recurring pricing begins with the second cleaning. We never require a contract, so you’re never locked into a service if it’s not the right fit for you.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you notice something was missed or needs attention, please notify us within a reasonable time of service completion, along with clear photos showing the area(s) of concern and we will be happy to address it.
A service adjustment may be needed when a home requires additional time or effort beyond what’s typical for a standard cleaning, such as but not limited to excessive buildup requiring heavier scrubbing, heavy clutter or debris that must be moved before cleaning can begin, or lack of power or running water at the time of service.
To help avoid this, we recommend clearing excessive clutter or debris ahead of time and ensuring utilities are on and accessible. Most homes fall within standard pricing, and service adjustments are only applied when conditions fall outside of what’s typical.
Tipping is completely optional but always appreciated. 100% of tips go directly to your cleaner.
