At Clean Space, our goal is to give you the very best results each and every visit. To help us do that, we kindly ask for a little preparation before your scheduled cleaning:

• A quick pick-up throughout the home so our team can focus on cleaning instead of tidying. 
  • Basic organizing is always included while we clean, we can also take care of additional pick-up and organizing for you for an added charge.
• Dishes placed in the dishwasher or put away. 
  • If dishes are left in the sink, we'll clean around them the best we can, or you can add on our dishwashing service, starting at 30 minutes for just $22.50.
• Laundry placed in hampers or put away.
  • If you'd like us to wash, dry, and fold laundry, you can add on our laundry service starting at 30 minutes for just $22.50. Must have washer/dryer in unit.

Our cleaning technicians provide all of their own supplies. If you have a specific product you would like to be used, let us know.

We love pets, and they’re always welcome as long as they’re friendly!  If your pet shows signs of aggression, please let us know ahead of time and make proper arrangements (such as using a kennel, closed room, or having a pet sitter during your cleaning).

If there’s anything specific we should know about your pet (for example: “dog is nervous around the vacuum” or “cat stays in the bedroom”), just let us know! We’ll make sure your cleaner is fully informed and your pets stay comfortable.

Yes, all our cleaners are thoroughly vetted, background-checked, and insured for your peace of mind. We prioritize trust and professionalism in our team.

Tipping is completely optional but always appreciated. 100% of tips go directly to your cleaner.

We know how important consistency and trust are. We do our very best to schedule the same cleaner for each visit so you can get to know and feel comfortable with the person in your home.

We stand by our work with a satisfaction guarantee. Please let us know within 24 hours of service completion, and we’ll be happy to schedule a complimentary touch-up. 

No, since we work on a 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule, most of our customers aren’t home when we arrive. In a majority of these cases, our trustworthy housecleaners are provided with access to a hidden key, garage code, etc. We just ask that you try to be there for your first appointment, if possible, to walk with us in your initial walkthrough. 

We currently accept card (3% fee), Zelle, and checks.
