1. Power, heating, air conditioning, or running water is unavailable at the time of service.
2. Cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled service.
3. The presence of 5 or more live bugs or insects, at the discretion of the cleaner.
4. Excessive amount of soap scum buildup, excessive hard water stains, excessive pet dander, paint drip or overspray, built up burned on foods, adhesive, tough lime/calcium scale deposits, floor scraping.
5. The cleaner is delayed or unable to perform the service due to items such as clothing, toys, or other belongings obstructing the cleaning areas, or access to the home is restricted for reasons beyond their control.
6. Excessive debris and/or garbage inside of the property.
7. If there are an excess of 30 Cabinets or 15 Drawers.
*Includes two bed changes, additional can be added.
*Refrigerators/freezers will be cleaned for all splashes, spills, and food particles, but not fully emptied; a deeper cleaning can be added on.
*Customer supplied paper and soap products unless otherwise arranged.
Additional fees will require customer approval before services are provided. Please note, the customer is responsible for moving heavy appliances or furniture. Cleaners may move smaller items, depending on the floor surface, but will not move items over 25 lbs. or fragile objects such as glassware, televisions, etc. Moving heavy appliances on certain floor types (e.g., soft linoleum, hardwood) may result in damage, and is done at the cleaner's discretion.
